I heard a tune
Racing through my very soul
From the distanced past.
Full with feelings rather than words,
Of no origin to be exact. I fancy you too , must have heard it
For in strange mists it comes to me , bearing deadly illusions Of morbid pasts
Seeing you , a strangely fellow like myself.
Do share , have you heard it too?
Swirling through your odd soul,
Ensnaring your rusty mind, Arousing the dreadful curse.
Surely, You’ve must have heard it whistling. Dragging us slowly to doom.

The Setting behind.
While writing I imagined two old folks (the speaker and his friend) from the Victorian Era. The speaker seems to be more conscious than old his friend. The air around the speaker and His friend is slightly tensed.
